Hired a car and driver to take us to Athirapally Falls within a national forest in Kerala for a completely different view of India

 

 

Then onto Vazhachal Falls further downstream – lovely apart from the monkeys who literally grabbed the bag of crisps we’d bought out of our hands!!

 

Drove through rubber plantations to Ezhattumugam hanging bridge – crossing the river Chalacudy river and the dam
